Hoisting the tricolour is a fundamental right of every Indian

rsssDefying the circular issued by Kerala government, RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat on Friday unfurled the national flag at Vyasa Vidya Peethom School in Palakkad district of Kerala.

The much controversial flag hoisting makes it clear that every Indian is allowed to hoist the national flag, notably the Supreme Court, in a landmark judgement on January 23, 2004, clearly said it.

Hoisting the tricolour is a fundamental right of every Indian, but the Kerala government has tried to play politics on it, by issuing an order apparently in a bid to block the RSS chief from hoisting the national flag at Vyasa Vidya Peethom School in Palakkad.
