As the only way to ease learning mathematics is solving as many problems as possible, a free Android app is launched with more than 1 lakh questions and 5000+ explainer videos. Developed by the Kochi-based online tuition portal tutormine.com, the app is absolutely free for use and is for students from classes 6 to 12 in CBSE stream. Both multiple choice questions and self-assessment questions are available in the app. While answers for all multiple choice questions are given, suggestions to answers are provided for all self-assessment questions too. Another highlight of the app is the more than 5000 explainer videos which help in solving problems. K. Rammohan Nair, CEO, Tutormine, said hundreds of such videos are being uploaded on a daily basis.
The questions are prepared based on text books and previous years’ question papers. Score-sheets are also available which tabulate the marks automatically. The app also facilitates students to identify which chapters are tough for them where they stand a chance to loose marks.
Tutormine’s profit is coming purely from online tuitioins, while test-papers are available absolutely free, no strings attached, explained Rammohan Nair. On all CBSE subjects, tutormine’s online tutors are providing e-tuition services to students across the world.
The app can be downloaded from Google Playsore by searching the word tutormine. For more details, telephone 96456 77711; Whatapp: 90370 05478 E-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org
