- Need qualitative research
If you are facing an interview board for a job, you should be aware of the details of the company and the responsibilities of your post. You should have an idea about the company’s needs and strategies. Also, you should evaluate how you can contribute to the company’s success.
- Look is important
Your look reflects half of your confidence. So always be in formal dress. That increases your confidence
- Be Prepared

- Be punctual
Never arrive late for an interview. If you are getting late, inform them prior and take an extension in time. Better to enter the building 10 to 15 minutes before the interview.
- Must be enthusiastic
The interview board should get a feeling that you are enthusiastic and fit for the job. A firm handshake and good eye contact demonstrate your confidence. Speak clearly, be candid.
- Be patient, listen well
Don’t jump in to sudden answers before hearing the questions completely. This will create a bad impact. Be patient, and wait for your turn.
- Ask Questions
Don’t lie. Always be transparent to the company. If you have any doubts on the questions or profile of the job, ask about it directly and clarify before leaving the interview cabin.
